Rain:

Rain is a natural hazard for the planning of an outdoor event. However, if provided our ponies will walk under large tents. Our ponies are not afraid of umbrellas

If the weather is questionable we allow you to decide if the Well Dress Pony is to come. We must speak to you at least 1 hour before the event. We will be happy to try and reschedule if you choose to change your party date.

If you choose to cancel you will only loose the $25 deposit. If you choose for us to come, the full balance will be due regardless of weather conditions.

We are fully insured. Given two weeks prior notice we can have our insurance agency fax or mail proof of insurance.

Our insurance requires the use of protective head gear for pony ride participants. We provide protective head gear for your convenience. However you may provide your own protective head gear if you wish. Please check with the Well Dress Pony coordinator to aprove the protective head gear

Booking the event: All bookings must be finalized by telephone. Pony Parties are not available from December 1 through Feb 28. However parties can be booked for events held after March 1 through November 30.
